The Doc.It portal is a secure web-based gateway that allows firms and clients to share, sign and manage financial statements, tax returns, invoices and other documents. The Doc.It portal was designed to help firms address three key challenges:

The new feature release offers the ability for accountants and clients to preview PDF and Office documents in the portal, saving the time normally required to download a document for review. Also included are enhancements to the PBC (prepared by client) feature set; a list of requested documents to support quarterly or annual tax filings, or an audit, for example, can be rolled forward to the next period, assuring that clients always know what documents are required, and the ability to view the current status of their submissions.
