Recently-merged Prager Metis names new principal
Prager Metis International LLC – a newly combined mid-sized accounting firm with offices in the U.S. and London, has announced the addition of Scott D. Davis to the firm as its newest principal.

New York, NY – Prager Metis International LLC – a newly combined mid-sized accounting firm with offices in the U.S. and London, has announced the addition of Scott D. Davis to the firm as its newest principal.
Davis will be an integral part in creating the firm’s new division, Prager Metis Advisory Services, which will provide an umbrella of management advisory, corporate recovery and forensic accounting services, available at all Prager Metis locations worldwide. He will be based in the firm’s New Jersey office.

Davis has over 15 years of corporate and consulting tax experience, working with companies of all sizes and industries. Amongst his expertise are cost segregation, real property services, capital allowances, and leasing audits.
Prior to joining Prager Metis, Davis was a Principal at The Hunter Group. Previously, he was a director in PricewaterhouseCooper’s New York office and Metro Region Leader for Property Tax Services in the firm’s Tax Product Delivery Group. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in property tax services, handling real and personal property tax appeals, compliance and audit representation.
